stupid Menu sell ...have u ever been to laos or thailand u will see alot of stupid menu outside of bkk. I guess whatever make money and if it stupid why people eat it?hmmmmm?
We never have this kind of food in Laos. That was just the left over bone ready for trashing .... or the poster will keep for your own .

Hey Mr. Ake are you 40/40 vision? I can't see duck tongue any where on the plate, but I love it! especially duck tongue candy from Chang hi, China.

Believe it or not in Suzhou China, I'm not sure if this is how it's spelled... anyways the Chinese used duck tongue to make candies it's in a pretty wrapping papers and it tasted like " Savanh beef jerky " for real!. It's probably good with kao neow too !
In Laos this is a very expensive dish, it is served for only high class people........ it is mainly for vegetarians......while the rest of the dish is only used as a garnish to bring out the looks and flavour...lol
