The Chinese words on the banner translate literally as 'Lao aeroplane service (which can refer to aeronautical engineering/aircraft technician) students' (lao ou ji wu xue sheng)...there is no mention of pilots at all...

ok guy im a lao pilot student now i would like to give ur answer'why they cut our neck tie?
b'coz that neck tie we have used only for students who study at gound school...so all of us 10 pilots have passed already befor we begine our flight training the real flying so all the leader have to cuted our tie.... that mean we ready for drive the aircraft.
