Lao grilled chicken used artificial color ?

I wonder what kind of color or ingredient they used to make Lao grilled chicken looks very pink and yummy. Because I have tried to grill chicken without adding any ingredients, and it looks always different from grilled chicken in Laos.

Tell me please what they mix with chicken before grill ?

Curmin powder have no smell at all. It's not from fresh curmin hat's why no smell. Curmin is very good for body anti-oxident.

That picture is Indian seasoning and that yellow poder is curry powder not curmin powder.

Some people using Chinese Roast Duck Seasoning Powder which it will look as red as roast duck

It's the food colouring that makes the chicken looks appetite, but for a word of warning, having food colouring too much in your diet is not very good for your health, it's better to stick with natural chickens without the colouring.

Those Chicken grilled have three main things in it I believe. curly power, cinnamon stick, and salt. After crush the cinnamon stick then mix it with curly power and salt then add vegetable cooking oil then mix them altogether then rub it on the chicken . Low heat grill and slowly add more of those ingredient if you see chicken is dry until it cook so try that.
