What do you think about ...?

Some Lao proverbs have their same expressions and meanings but different wording. Numerous sources aren’t at one on wording. However, that isn’t a problem, provided that we can make sense out of the meanings.

People can understand the meaning of proverb, but sometimes debatable circumstance comes about as wording applied in expressions is different. From my point of view, this is because the language has no official standard . Though the Vientiane dialect is realized as the de facto standard, confusion and controversy in the Lao language remains widely-seen fact nowadays. different wording in expressions for proverbs derives from different dialects. My questions are that

What do you think about different wording in expressions while they’re same expressions and meanings?

what do you think about this when you translate English proverbs into Lao expressions and meanings?

the above are the most preference, I always heard the 1st and 2nd one. it is very useful for Lao people. I don't totally agree with '' Ma la yad bork ta goun" because it's not always like that. someone ''s Malayad is not from their root.
