The links was dead! I couldn't get through it but I think those Lao millionair still can't effort to buy those expensive private jet which they have to pay lots of money to own the Jet. They have to pay taxes, they have to pay for the maintainance each flight, weekly, monthly or annually, they need to hiring the private pilot, engineers, airport tax, air space parking fee etc.

It's a bit highly expenses to own each jet.

What is the different and wrong for the Chinese to sell the airplanes to any one who could afford to pay for the airplane either Laotian multimillionaires or American multimillionaires . No big deal. just show the Chinese the money . Don't be surprise that Laotian is going to be billionaires soon not only multimillionaires (US dollars). Do you know how many Laotian millionaires ( US dollars) in Laos ?
