Yes, you allowed to work in Laos as long as somebody hire you. What I learned from advertising in Vientiane newspaper there are lots of work for alomst 100% is foreign company.

There are many gas supplier in Lao and I think to make it easy you need to joint with them if you are doing it alone it will be harder to get steady supply. The government control pricing they not floating like NA, If I remember right no sales tax don't quotes me for it I will find out for you....
