First congratulation, your son is growing up and ready to school!! international school in vientiane is certainly the best in vientiane, but high tuition so if you think it's expensive , i think you should find another school...
Normal primary school in vientiane is good as well, as for english lesson, you can hire personal teacher and send him to additional class for learning english and you must follow his study and home work.
Many people are successful without attending the best school. your son will success, you are the one will pay very important role and himselft and other environments.
