National University of Laos produces more than 6,000 graduates

Untitled-1-fr-6.jpg(KPL) A new batch of graduates amounting to 6,562 of the National University of Laos will contribute to the development in Laos.

They have graduated with higher diplomas, bachelor and master's degree from 11 faculties in 72 fields of study from the NUOL.

The 11 faculties range from science, education, social sciences, economics and management, engineering, medical sciences, agriculture, forestry, law and political sciences, linguistics to architecture.

The NUOL held a graduation ceremony last Friday at the University, Vientiane Capital.

The President of NUOL, Prof. Dr. Soukkongseng Saignaleuth, honoured the graduates by presenting certificates to them.

This was the tenth batch of graduates from the NUOL, including 958 graduates in higher diplomas, 5,432 graduates in bachelor and 172 graduates in master�s degree.

maybe quanlity first and then Quality ,those people who just graduated must be sent to Contryside to be teacher , i think the laos is lack of skillful teacher througout the country, especially the remote areas.

In Laos' case, quantity.

A few highly educated students are unlikely to bring as much change in the country as many moderately educated students. Those few highly educated students would probably just leave Laos in search of well paying job, whereas with the other case, there strength in numbers.
