What the hell...out of anything they created, it's a hugh fricking CASINO! Agree w/ the previous post, more factories = more job, more jobs = money and maybe ur CASINO might work. As of right now, lets not make our people surfer w/ gambling...it's hard enough w/ poor folks drinking. Yes you're not targeting farmers or low wage worker, ur target high rank official or rich tourist....but don't start building our country w/ a Casino, didn't u learn from Kou Bah Ar Jarn, Kahn pa nan ben kahn lok lorng...u have too rite, if not Luang Prabangs got 500 or more Wat, go to one!

Any kind of ah bai ya mook will cause chaos in the country . I hope that you guy are prepare to deal with the situation when it arrive.Many tourist is attracting to Lao country is because they say Lao is a lay back and relax country , Lao still have good clean air to breath and many interesting nature that is beeing preserved for the tourist to see which they can not see any more in their county that is why Lao is getting a lot of tourist . You should creat more place for tourist to see you should build more scenery park and unique structure , water rafting, canoeing, sight seeing places . By building casino you will bring more trouble in to your country such as theif, murder, rape... because this kind of place attrack such people. You should learn from the big country how difficult it is to control such situation when it arrived. Lao is still pure please do not destroy it by thinking so selfish they are so many ways to enrich your country with wealth that will not bring destruction to your country.   Huck dock teung bo hai hoo.......          

ANOTHER BAD DECISION BY THE GOVERNMENT.  IN THE DEVELOPING WORLD, CASINO = CRIME, POVERTY, FAMILY BREAKDOWN, SUICIDE, DISGRACE.  CAN ANYONE TELL ME ANYTHING GOOD ABOUT THE CASINO?  I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY MILLIONAIRS FROM GAMBLING YET.

THEY SHOULD BE A FACTORY OR SOMETHING SO THE LOCAL PEOPLE CAN WORK, EARN THEIR INCOME, SAVE UP TO BUY A TRACTOR OR A HOUSE.  TO WORK IN THE CASINO, ANY ORDINARY LAO PERSON WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO WORK THEIR, AS THEY CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH.
