I don't think it was tum maak hoong in it, is more like pickled papaya with siracha sauce in it, because that's what people normally would put in the Vietnamese sub/ bun mi or  ເຂົ້າຈີ່ປະເຕ.

I'll pass....does not look appetizing at all....just an added xtra carbs w/no nutritional values.
