Just like the title said - I can't see how any group or institution, whether independent or not, can touch the "untouchables" ? And if they decide to catch only those smaller fishes - how are they going to proceed it - like how to keep them "quiet" or where to keep thousands and thousands of these crooks ? Any comments ?
have a look at Vietnam and China, and see how they deal with the plague and get an exemple from them then apply it along with our existing law step by step...but do we really want to do it ??? to do or not to do ? that`s a question ! have a fine day ! chiip.
