1- Japan and France (my country),
because i think those 2 countries are the ones who are the most responsible behaviour toward social and ecological consequences of what they do, among the countries that have good relashionships with Laos

Other countries are, in my point of view, too "dangerous". When they invest money, they just care about getting more money and nothing else. Don't care at all about the bad consequences of what they do

2- maybe we can add singapore and australia, that seems to be not bad too

3- Thailand is important too, because it's close to Laos, easy access through firendship bridges or mekong, close culture (not so so different from laos if you compare with other countries).

From all countries whishing to do business in Laos can come, I don't mind though. I appreciate all, no matter they are close or far from Laos.

They all would definitely follow Lao law and their businesses would make a huge contribution to Lao economy, which means Lao people life would be improved.

lol, USA in the first place...
After bombing Laos, i don't think they want to invest a lot of money in Laos...
They are just good to make war...
And i don't want their poor culture...

USA the richest country? i would rather say the most indebted if you consider public+private debts
$'s value go down and down, and no-one know when it will stop!

Best technology: ok, that's true for most products... but not everything (compare french train and american train, lol... french are much much more high-tech). Japan is also a very strong competitor in this domain

Best movies: we could discuss about this, but in a way, it's true

Best music: i don't agree, there are some good music everywhere in the world.

Best in ecology? certainly not! Northern european countries are learders

Best in production? sorry, now, the world's factory is China

USA used to be the leader of the world, but this time is ending.

China is probably the next leader... but anyway, the world turn into a multipolar world where each part have it's strenghs.

Sorry, but USA don't make me dream ... as it could do 40 years ago
(but my country neither....:( )

I've been diving into the world of investments lately, and one program that caught my attention is Malta citizenship. The Malta Individual Investor Program (MIIP) has been around since 2014, allowing non-EU citizens and their families to gain citizenship through specific investments. I reached out to a consultancy that specializes in this process to get more insights. They explained the rigorous criteria, like the need for a clean criminal record and the requirement to prove sufficient funds for investment. I learned that applicants need to contribute at least €650,000 to the National Development and Social Fund, along with additional investments in government-approved financial instruments and real estate.
