I remember the strength of our people. No other nation has defeated us. We defeated ourselves.
I remembered when i was young. There were not Viet, nor Thai nor Cambodian person could push us around. We used to make fun of them and beat them up. They were all afraid of us.
We are becoming scared, because our people are devided and we lost out PRIDE.
Its not about Rap. But Rap music goes with the struggle. We are struggling people. We are one people of two nation. Laos PDR and Laos outsider looking in, wishing we could help and change things.
We will change things, just hang on to your PRIDE. It will come!

Let take a look at our Lao government now, they are UNITE Lao witin Lao ( in my sense it's better than previous government and I'm not a communist in my blood). I think they are CHANGING but not as fast as we expect. But it's good better than not at all...I like the way they are building, developing, constructing...our motherland so beautiful than I was a child. If I died in my homeland I'm happy and proud of them..I want to see more developement before I died...LET ME WON LOTTERY tonight I will go home as soon as I got money in my hand...I will donate to build a SCHOOL...swear swear...I'm so love to be part of them..I see my youngsters are happy and smiling faces now.
Let expect the youngsters do for us and hope for the prospect our motherland in the future !!!!!

If you quit being in the ghetto thugs, or wanna be like one, perhaps could quit and get a real education so you can spread the knowledge to Lao people back in Laos. What I see some Lao kids in Laos influence or taught by their ghetto thugs relatives in the US. They wanna be rap star, what a not so clever idea. Why call it Lao pride when once wanna be ghetto thug? Ghetto thugs is no pride!

hahahhahaha it is funny but so true.... i've seen alot of this going on.. i have to agree with you on this one.. i've seen alot of kids in u.s. growing up thinking they are a thug... wasted their lives in gang banging, they should traded places with some of those folks in laos... those will come and educate themself..
are such a disgrace to Lao people. What are these ghetto thugs doing that makes them proud to be Lao? nothing but getting down in the clubs, and beating somebody's bitch-ass.
Those are the ones who yell "Lao Pride" the loudest, and the largest embarrassment to us.
