I have found the SAMAKOMLAO website through our Lao community in Singapore's website.
 
At that time if I still remember, our webmaster posted the VDO of "Peng Rack 2 Pung Kong of Alanxandra" posted in the forum of SAMAKOMLAO website. 

After having watched the probably 32 parts, I looked on other topics. I found out that a lot of comments on Lao government are bias. I felt that it is not really fair for Lao government to be the scapegoat. Lao government has tried its best to develop Laos as it can, but some people in this website always try to discredit Lao government reputation with no grounds.

Although I have nothing to do with Lao government, I then decided to visit this website to comment on some issues as far as I know about Lao government policy.
 
To some extent, I also would like our audience, the Lao nork people to understand Lao people as some western media are really bias about Laos. I so far haven't found any western media reported something good about Laos. No wonder those people, who have never been in Laos since long time, only think that Laos is still the same with when they left Laos 30 years ago, which means bad, no law and so on. But in reality, things have changed a lot, although admiitedly it's not perfect yet. It needs more times to go.

 And nowadays some people are still keeping doing their jobs, I mean they still keep criticizing Lao government with no grounds in hoping that people in Laos will believe them and will fight against Lao government.

In fact, they are wrong.
 
On the one hand, this website is really slow running on Internet in Laos, so only few people visit it. I meant only those who use Internet in their offices can visit it, while in Internet shop only rich people can visit it.
  
On the other hand, the more people criticize Lao government, the more our young generation hates the anti-Lao government comments. They are proud to be Laotian and they love peace as well. That is what I believe.

Yes, I really appreciate the work of Mr. Webmaster of the SAMAKOMLAO website, spending lots of his time for the sake of Lao people living around the world. In this website I have known many things useful, and known other people constructive opinion about Laos. This website also keeps me known the currently news about Laos. 

I seldom appear visible, but often invisible. Sorry for that. I am a modest, if not humble man. My opinion is if people visiting this website are giving the constructive opinions, it would be great for our country, whose name is Laos, of instead of just simply criticizing.

A long time ago I followed a link back from my blog to here. Someone had posted a link to one of my blog posts.

I like the posts about things I might not otherwise know about. Newswise that is. Lots of good stories from Vientiane Times I might otherwise miss.

The politics I find uninformed from both sides. No one seems to have read any history books or follow the reputable sources of international news. Too much shouting and opinionating.

I also read New Mandela, Lao FAB, NYT, Irrawady News Magzine, and whatever comes across my Google filter.

GOOGLE, searching some fresh news from Laos ;)

I was roaming through lao.net and found samakom lao by chance. it is a woderful site where lao nork and nai could express freely their ideas. So, thanks Mr. web Master !

I found this website by searching about economics and development in lao. For those anonymous, please sign up to comment if you really want to support lao, and make this website better. It is hard say that others comments are perfect. So try to show example or evidences to support your comments.

I came across this site by accident 3 days ago so I had been kind of rapidly brownsing through it ever since. This web has the least numbers of members comparing to others. I can't believe it since thousands of your people living abroad and at home, not even a thousand signed up.  The webmaster needs to mandate registration in order to post otherwise there will be no significant of interest members would take it seriously and the chances of getting more members involve in meaningful discussion are nearly impossible.  A few years from now, there will be only a slight increase in memship of web.  I am really amaze to learn that anyone can post without offical registration. No offense but majority of the members here are having language barrier and some comments are kind of stupid. Many of you don't seem to even graduate from high school.
