the mountain and the trees are reflection from the water make out the 2 people standing there, nop and look like mom and son,,if you looking from sideway.. idea

the rocks struture and the tree are form the picture of a small child ,,the feet and hands are at the tree and the back of the baby is on the cruved rocks...so the picture of the child is like its in its mom stomach... idea
