Chinese company had a business deal with Chevy Automotive to produce a cheap car in China call a Spark. For some reason the deal broken off.

Now come a Chinese company name Chery Automotive with a car name QQ.

Check out Chevy Spark. Compare the QQ with the Spark? Look very similar doesn't it? Even the name Chery-Chevy. Chevy was not an isolated case. They ripped off other car company as well.

i'm sad that Renault (french car manufacturer, owner of Nissan and Dacia) doesn't try to sell the Logan car in Laos

It's a good car at a very reasonnable price.... ingeneered and designed especialy for "developping countries" (countries that are still poor, but that go up and up). It's very successfull, even in richer countries (at the beggining, they didn't plan to sell it in France, but people began to import the car themselves.... so they decided to officialy sell it in france, and it's clearly a success)

http://www.dacia-logan.com

from 7600 euros to 10500 euros (and less expensive in others countries: start at 6250 euro in Romania, but with lower equipement level... very basic)

from 8900 to 11700 euros

and they plan to realease a pick-up soon

should start at about 8000 euros

engines are from 75 HP to 105 HP, or 70 to 85 HP (diesel)
diesel consumption is about 5 l/100km
other are 6 to 10 l/100km
