I bet you anything that you can't sing and play Khaen like him..(white guy) and you're Laotian ...he probably speak better Lao than you also ...kakakkakakkakkkakaka LOLZ....!!! another idiot!!!
I've seen Jonny sang for the first time in person when he came to Nashville, Tn for the Lao new year in May 24, 2008. This was for the new temple that Lao community in Nashville is going built. I've seen him in Youtube before I saw him in person. I've listened to Morlum and Khene since I was a little kid, and I've to tell you, I was brown away. I was totally impressed, no doubt. I went from 2 p.m until they close around 10 p.m. Murfreesboro temple new year was nothing compare to a Nashville temple that hasn't been built yet, in term of music comparision. Murfreesboro temple is big, but the music is suck. They don't even know how to mix the sound system, it sound worst than listen to someone sing Karaoke. I've been there 3 year in a row, and recently went there on 4th of July weekend, again the music and sound is still suck. Only intoxicated people to would to that kinds of sound music. Jonny played the Khene to a professional Morlum name "Thong In", man I was impressed. He sang a song about Luang Prabang, and I understood him very word. He sure made many Lao kids looked like idiots, complete idiots. First generation can't even speak Lao, what a shame, isn't i. ...

YOU ARE THE IDIOT. YOU ARE SO RETARDED BECAUSE YOU THINK NO ONE SHOULD HAVE A NEGATIVE COMMENT. YOU MUST LIVE IN A FANTASY WORLD WHERE EVERYTHING IS SO PERFECT.
I hope you all understand that Jonny doesn't write the song, it's the Lao writer that wrote the words for him to sing too and he has done an amazing job to me.
Johnny grew up in Los Angeles area.... for the past few years, he been back and forth to Laos and Thailand... his 1st album was produced in thailand and his latest album was done in laos.. i had a chance to talked to him 2 years ago, when he was in my town performing... he told that he was in Thailand and Laos to studied how to play khane... his lao is very good and he can dirty "lum" tooo.. i was shock that he knew all the dirty words in lao..
