The flood water is about to inundate low lying areas of Kham Muane -Nakorn Phanom, Savannakhet and Mukdaharn provinces.

wow!!! flooding in the southern part of Laos too.. sounds like Laos is under state of emergency.. please post some pictures, if you have some.
i hope my friend's house and restaurant in Savanhnakhet is okay.. i'm little worry though, cause his property is right on the bank of Mekong River.
