Wow, certain individuals in here sure have a wild imagination/speculation. I was unable to come and bull**** with you guys in the last couple of weeks is due to academic reason.  As I have mentioned before that I'm currently pursuing a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering. As an old man, I need a lot of time to study  in order to keep up with  the younger members of my class.

Anyway, it is good to be back and good seeing everyone! Hope everyone is doing well and less bitter about the past in which one cannot control.

Regards,

Lao People's Army

PS.  My deepest condolences to the recent passing of the Lao Revolutionary Hero, President Nouhak Phoumsavanh. May you rest in peace!

Welcome back Mr. LPA. Long time no see, I thought you visited Laos and had no time to visit this website.

BTW, someone did mention about you last time while you were not around, though. Some even faked your name, writing in Lao language.

Probably, they missed you or they considered you as their idol, I guess.

Por Sil See,

I am doing well and thank for your concern. As you know we Ai Nong Neo Lao are well discipline and not as sex crazed like the Sakdina forces.

As for my academic life, I'm expecting to graduate in 2010. After that I plan to continue working for the US Department of the Interior at the Hoover Dam in Nevada. As I acquire enough experiences I will return to Laos to oversee the Lao Government's policy of turning Laos into a battery of Southeast Asia.

Regards,

Lao People's Army

That's wonderful. Come over, Las Vegas could use your business. The slow economy is hurting everyone. It is so slow right now in Las Vegas. Unemployment rate reached 25 yrs high.

Khonthakek,

Since the Lao Government brought me this far in life. There is no way in hell that I will return to Laos empty handed. I will do my absolute best to help make the Lao Government's vision of turning Laos into the battery of Southeast Asia a reality.

I am my father's son. My father did not have to joined the Revolutionary forces during the war of liberation. He safe studying in France and he could easily stayed in France with his French wife and son, but he chose to go back to Laos and joined the Revolution to liberated the Country. I guess he love his Country more than his own family.

Best Regards,

Lao People's Army

I know where Henderson is..  That's where I usually stay when I'm in Vegas.

As you know, nothing is free in this country.  I was there with bunch of friends back in late June.  We were there for few days.. golfing and partying.. It was so damnnnnn HOT!!

Welcome back.

When you build some dams, take in consideration of the lands surrounding it and what will be covered in water. I mean, I'm not an environmentalist like Lao people are, I don't give two shiets about eco-life and etc. etc. but I care more about old wats and people's houses that is.

I wanted to get a Poly-Sci degree, International Relations. You think the Lao government would have any good use for me in a few years?

Not unless you speak fluent and can read/write Lao. Maybe just maybe you will have the chance. But the "government" is not the one making the decision. It is the top elites of the high echelon...the tiny group of poeple is the one that making all the decisions.
