Laos is the new Thailand



Visiting Laos today is like visting Cambodia five years ago and Thailand way back in the 80’s. While this small Southeast Asian nation may be short on modern amenities, it is long on charm, authentic Bhuddist Asian culture and determination of its people to rise from the ashes of the Vietnam War.

I dislike this sentence ( Laos is new Thailand).... i dont know what is the real purpose of the person whoever write about this...

 Laos can be Laos forever...

we are never be the same to Thailand...even the language is similar but not the same...

it is said that vientiane will be gradually developed as little Bangkok in the future due to the traffics and the crowdedness. is it like that?
