I heard that Laos agreed to add weight lifting competition in the 25 SEA Games.

I think they will send the Lao man who won Paralympic last time in China to join this SEA Games.

A Thai female weight lifter of Olympic gold medalist will come to help train lao weight lifters soon.  That is what I heard.

Thailand will help Laos organize the whole competition of weight lifting in 25th SEA Games.  Event will be taken place at gymnasium of Lao National University with at least 10 nations to compete for 45 gold medals.  Pavina Thongsook, Thai athlete who won gold medal from 2004 Athens Olympic Game in women 75 kg. event, is invited by Laos to help train Lao athletes.
