This needed to do long time ago. No countries in the world probably have done like Laos does.

While begging aids from other countries, our government officials still have better cars than those officials of the countries that give aids to Laos.

I heard in Switzerland all Ministers ride bicycles back home, they use government cars only working time.

We always say that we learn from China, Vietnam and other countries, but we never do like they do. Some officials like to say this is "Lao style". Sadly to hear but that's true.
