VietNamNet Bridge – The local authorities and residents of Sekong Province, in southern Laos, have voiced their gratitude regarding Vietnamese-invested projects in the area, which have effectively contributed to local economic development and alleviated poverty in the locality.

According to the Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, since 2005, Sekong has attracted 7 Vietnamese-funded projects, valued at over 100 million USD.

Vietnamese investors have pumped funds into wood processing, rubber plantation, mining, hydro-electric and highway construction projects.

yes we need more vietnamese in our country to make lao more prosper. Only vietnamese has a good and close contact with us. Long live viet lao friendship

Vietnamese Company around VTE, Lao PDR. Still putting money inside for developing and doing business with Laos.

One project going to be construction soon is : Xekaman 1 with over 400 Million USD Invest.
