I symphatize with her dilemma. What could she do when she can't read, write and speak English well. She should attend the adult education course or stay home.
I live in Hanover iowa 7 miles away from Storm Lake, i think i have seen this girl, i drive pass the hight school today and i see many of her friend show the sign of supporting her.
if the test is easy then what is wrong with this girl? why not just take the test?

Oh my God! I can’t believe she made such a big deal out of it. Actually, I saw this post couple day ago but I did not bother to click on it and out of curiosity, I just learnt about her inessential refusal today.She should have known that most if not all school districts got their funding from state and federal therein, guidelines must be followed.She made it sounds like there is no rule or regulation otherwise; her insubordinate attitude in a continued defiance is clearly exhibited. It’s not just her who subjects to taking a test but everyone else does too. Unless you declared that Laotian is your second language, you are bound by the school’s policy.
