I ate that same type of dish in Savanhnakhet on my trip to Laos. Let me tell you guys.. Shortly after I ate that, I was constantly camping out at the toilets. I was hurting that day and I think I lost about 5 lbs that day. hahhahahhahah I've learned my lesson, no more eating those dishes ever.

I had this dish twice, once in Luangprabang an once in Savannakhet, it didn't affect me at all, the only thing that fucc my stomach up was that mango an three layer porkskin.....the only thing i can't eat is reptile, because the tattoo on my elbow which was done by the monks said i can't eat it..
duck blood is good but i wouldn't dare to eat at the resturant, you don't know how they cook it has to be very clean. if you do eat at the resturant, better look for toiletS fast...HAHAHAHA
Laotians have been eating raw fish for centuries. But the Japanese country gets reputation for it. I wonder if Japanese people happen to eat "Blood Duck" first. Are you going to feel embarrassing? Anyway ten years ago, I had an issue with Vietnamese people who were laughing at me because I ate sticky rice with my hand. Some people made remarks that it is nasty. Guess what I asked him back? Have you ever ate springroll in the restaurant before? He replied me back. Of course, I had it numerous times. And I asked him again how do you know he cleans his hands or not after he poops or pee before he wraped that special springroll for you? Oh, I see you Vietnamese people also eat springroll with chopsticks, ha.
