(KPL) Potential customers are not showing much interest in the newly completed five-floor Si Mueang Trade Centre in Vientiane capital and this was said by its owner, Mr Thatsany Keola.
Built at a cost of US$3 million and occupying 4,500 square metres, it is being mainly marketed for customers who want to rent the space for offices, but up to date, few people had shown interest.
The owner added that the main reason is that the potential customers or the people in business felt that the rental is on the high price.
