what is its name? have you seen it?

I saw this insect  long time ago near my house  but  i don't know what is its name? probably this is one of new species that the scientist hasn't discovered it.

I KNOW  IN LAO THEY CALL (meangnamfon) I DO NOT KNOW IN ENGLISH  ,LAO PEOPLE THEY CALL  MEANGNAMFON BECAUSE  BEFORE GOING TO RAIN  YOU WILL HEAR THEY SING . LAO PEOPLE BELIVE THAT ,IT LOOK LIKE CICADA  MAYBE WE CALL THEM (LONG NOSE CICADA) JAK CHAN DUNG GNAOW.
