There have been cases where women are recruited this way. Then photos are edited such that the face are pasted on a nude body and use it to blackmail the woman. THough she knows that she did not pose for such nude shots,  but it would be difficult to convince other people not to believe. So some are forced to pay the blackmailers just to prevent the manipulated photos to circulate in the web.
