It is the beautiful city but don't go crazy in gambling because Las Vegas build for you to win.

All I know that Asian loves to gamble. You can walk into any casino in any part of the world and you'll see asian folks there.

I heard the news few years ago that the high range Chinese officer who was the director of the bank stole the bank money to gamble and lost and then commit suicides . That is why I am against allowed building Casino in Laos.
