Buy a pack of cigarette in Laos is not that cheap, it's ok if smoke a little everyday. the smoking causes a lung cancer and give many trouble to people who don't smoke and pollute the air.
Vientiane will have the smoking area before seagames starts, the matter will be starting on August according to local news, vientianemai website
I think it's a good start. I am not sure how strict the Lao goverment will be. It would be really nice to have this policy implemented as a new standard for everyone in the country to follow.
