maybe because everything have to be imported into Laos? i do not believe that Laos have any pharmaceutical company there. that's why it is so expensive to see doctors or pharmacy in Laos.

Actually lao peoples talk to much laos no product no export ,lao nok look down to lao nai ,if kaysone phomvihane didn`t take over lao nok still be in laos

You may be right but not all. some basic surgery in Lao is cheaper, ex: parturition,appendix ....
But the drug is obviouly more expensive cos we import almost everything , so far i know only one pharmacy company CBF in pakse , that probably the best in the south.
but still unable to reach the demand.

Why not compare to Vietnam, China, Cambodia or Myanmar ?

Becos of the Media, most of lao people Stick too much to those Tv , Thai signal is coverage most part of lao ,so that s main sourse of info for them, beside only small amount of people who can access to English channel.
and onething the rich people in Lao they like to flow to thai hospital due to the better service.
dont be serious , i think he doesnt have any particular meaning for that.

Don't worry my friend. Chinese government will build Laos country as they've built Thailand. มันก็แค่เป็นพวกไร้การศึกษาแหละครับ ผมยืนยัน ได้ว่า คนไทย
ส่วนมาก 99% ไม่ได้เป็นแบบนี้ ไม่ได้ดูถูกคนอื่น
เพราะปัจจุบัน ประเทศตัวเองก็จะเอาไม่รอดอยู่แล้ว

I don't know why you have to be mean to him( a Thai guy), The man just gave out some recommandation how to reduce the import from other country. I don't see he was saying anything bad about Laos at all. So please please be open mind a little bit more.

Well I can't say anything bad about Thailand, but only the sex tourism. Compare to the cost over to U.S.A. Its all true. I was about to cry, when i had to go get treatment in thailand for vacation and was about to cry because of the cost. It was like heaven and educated me, Internationals Doctors are smarter than the U.S.A doctor. Laos hospital are pro also.

Ah the good ol times I wish I was rich and travel there again for some fun times.

ผมเป็นคนไทยเชื้อสายจีน แต่ไม่ต้องถามว่าผมรักประเทศไหนมากกว่ากัน

ประเทศไทยคือบ้านเกิดเมืองนอนของผม ส่วนจีนก็แค่แผ่นดินเกิดของคนรุ่นปู่ย่า

ผมภูมิใจที่จะบอกว่าตัวเองเป็นคนไทย ไม่ใช่คนจีน

คนจีนในไทยส่วนใหญ่ในปัจจุบันนี้ มีแต่จีนเสี้ยวนะครับ พูดจีนฟังภาษาจันกันไม่ได้แล้ว เพราะเป็นรุ่นที่3-4กันหมด

ไม่เหมือนจีนมาเล ที่ยังดำรงชีวิตทุกอย่างในแบบฉบับคนจีน

แต่คนจีนในไทย เข้าวัด ฟังธรรม บวช ดำรงชีวิตแบบไทย

ไทยสร้างตัวเองมาถึงทุกวันนี้ จะยกความดีความชอบให้คนไทยเชื้อสายจีนอย่างเดียวไม่ได้หรอก

คนจีนถึงแม้ส่วนใหญ่จะรวย แต่การได้มาซึงความร่ำรวยก็ต้องเพิ่งหลายอย่าง ไม่ใช่จะทำได้ด้วยตัวคนเดียว คนไทยก็มีส่วนในความมั่งคั่งของคนรวยด้วย

แล้วคนจีนไม่ได้รวยกันทุกคน คนเชื้อสายจีนจนๆก็มีมากมายในประเทศไทย ถ้าจะพูดไปคนเชื้อสายจีนในไทยก็เหมือนกัยคนเชื้อสายไทยทั่วๆไป มีทั้งจนมีทั้งรวย

คนอีสานรวยๆ เป็นเศรษฐีภูธรพันล้านก็มี

เคยมีการทำวิจัยเรื่องคนจีนโพ้นทะเลในประเทศอาเซี่ยน จากการวิจัยพบว่า คนจีนในไทยปรับตัวกลมกลืนเข้ากับสังคมได้ดีที่สุดเมื่อเทียบกับประเทศอื่น

ไม่ว่าคนเชื้อชาติไหนในประเทศหนึงๆ ต่างมีส่วนร่วมกันการพัฒนาประเทศทั้งนั้น

คนเวียดนาม หรือ คนจีน ก็อยู่ในประเทศลาวมิใช่น้อย รวมกันเยอะกว่าประชากรลาวด้วยซ้ำไป

แต่น่าแปลกที่คุณว่าประเทศไทยแบบนี้ ไม่ได้หันหลังกลับไปดูประเทศตัวเองเลย
