I wonder how is my friend who dreams of establishing a foundation/ program that will educate Lao in the remote areas by putting up schools? Is there any progress yet... Have you started tapping available resources? I hope its not just blah.. blah. If you're really serious about it, you should at least come up with your official VMG statement (Vision, Mission, Goal and Objectives) that will be the backbone of your project and a draft plan of course. Get the ball rolling, I believe you will get support once they see something concrete.

Still working on it specially legal document in order to raise the fund. It seems to me more difficult than I thought and costs a lot of money.
I told you. It also involve a lot of politics. But please dont get discouraged. Keep on moving forward, take it slowly but surely. Does it mean you have some proposed operational plan already? How will pay the required fee, e.g. permits, etc. do you have available funds now?
