Lao government should be allowed the night club, bar and disco open overnight during the seagames

nope nope, i dont thnk night bars should be open late at night for sea games this will only promote prostitution, come on our neighbors open night bars and see what happend ?

anyways i vote no on that but maybe restraunts and vendors open 24/7 or dont put a limit on vendors on when and what time they can open/.

food is better then entertainment.

If I'm a local authority or a Vientiane's governor frefecture, I probably send a request to a central governments to allow the Bars/Night-club's owners open an extra 1-2 hours, for exsample if a normal time 8:PM-11:pm so it would be 8:00pm-1:00am 2 extra hours it won't hurt, just to created extra income for a local business, so as for business owners they have to pay a litle more taxes on two extra hours. that's not gonna hurt them either,and as for my self I completely understood what these two gentleman mentions as a bove that, Open late nightbar/clubs will promote a prostitutions. to me either close early or late that's not gonna help, this kindda thing they can work it right behind the close doors ya know what I'm saying.. except we need to be careful not to allow the kids underage to get in that's all, so what do you guys think about this brothers/sisters...

yes you are right brother, now it s close before 12 at night, add more 1-2 hours is will be a good idea, the problem is the local government don't get enought under table.

look at china. they open hooker on the street without any warning from government, the government says, hooker is illegal business in china, but u know u can see hooker business that open like beauty shop with red light at every street of Guangdong china, the local police got much $$ from those business, of course i m not supporting to open hooker in Laos as china's, just to want to see the night club in laos close late at night. 2 am is fine .
