i think Lao government is too easy to freed her and let she goes back to UK, in the beginning, Lao gov should have not allowed her to go back unless the British PM visits Laos like Mr bill clintion visited N,korea to rescue the 2 beautiful journalists few days ago.  if Lao gov did as N.korea, I would reckon that the all MEDIA around the world will pay attention at Lao PDR and we will becomes a lillte famous on the world map.dont you think so?

I totally agree with you.... I have no idea how much Lao gov got paid for that?

If there is this Fck women doing the wrong thing in Laos will English gov will sign the agreement?

Lao gov is too kind, when we look back years ago about Australian couple (kelly Dane)... They were 100% unlawful, but their gov protect them.

I am sure when these people are backed to their homeland they are not guilty at all and will centainly be free.

That is why other countries like to say that Lao law is like a joke any bady can break particularly those who have power...

In this case, Lao gov should consider again whether our law is meaningful and applies to all (Lao and Falang)????

I agree, she should have served her term in Laos, and not the comfort of an English prison where they have what they want, computers and t.v etc.

Also she will probably only do a few years.

Let her rot.

The Lao Government made a wise and correct decision on releasing the criminal to the British Authority. Laos have enough homegrown criminals to worry about. Let the British worry and take responsibility for their own problem.

It wouldn't be proper for the Lao Government to continue holding that British convict, while the Lao Government are negotiating for the release of Hmong-Lao citizens detained in Thai Immigration Detention facilities in Thailand for entering the country illegally. Sadly, despite the Lao Government's best humanitarian efforts to help those Hmong-Lao in locked up in Thailand, the warlord Vang Pao and his followers are shamelessly accusing the Lao Government of violating human rights. Ironically, it is  these very shameless dogs that are extorting moneys from the homesicked Hmong diaspora communities

NOW SHE ARRIVED UK

pregnant British woman who was jailed in Laos after avoiding a firing squad for trafficking heroin has arrived back in the UK.

Orobator arrives at London's Heathrow airport

Samantha Orobator was flown into London's Heathrow Airport from the capital Vientiane.

The 20-year-old from south London, was given a life sentence after admitting drug smuggling.

She would have faced the death penalty had she not been pregnant.

Good spokesman for the foreign affairs department. Speaking off the cuff and with a good comand of the topic and language. Not a low level functionary at all.

I swear if that baby is born with a fondness for padek there are going to be some embarrassed prisnon guards.

Oh I am sorry, dont get me wrong.
I said that because i think they are so bad that use pregnant women to traffic drug.
and it will make difficult for the justice later. I am not that mean and i care about baby, but also angry if those drugs delivered.

its humanitarian to have thought about the fate of the innocent child in her womb. as for the mother, i wouldnt care much about her if she wasnt carrying a child with her. drug pushers and addicts are a bane to the society.

Watches are a beautiful thing. Certainly, they tell us the time - but aren't they so much more than that? replicas watches Through their watches, a person can express so much, and in a way it could be said:replicas watches Show me your watch and I'll tell you who you are.
