What are slang words in Laos?

Do Laos have slang word?
What are they?

I recently heard many slang words in Laos, especially among teens.

For examples:

1.Gig
2. Ting tong
3. baidee
4. ja
5. na,
6. Kin Hael
and so on.

Tell me more if you know

YOU GUYS TOTALLY MISUNDERSTOOD ABOUT (KIN-HELL) 99.9 PERCENT YOU HEARD  IN THAI-MOVIE,NOW ITS BECAME PUPULAR WORD AMONG LAO KIDS AND ADULTS, THE WORD (KIN=EAT, HELL= YOU ALL KNOW WHAT IT IS, AND THE WORD (HELL) IS NOT THAI OR LAO WORD, IT IS AN ENGLISH WORD. IN LAKORN THAI THEY LOVE TO USED THESE WORDS.

Our kids learn a lot of Thai movies and Tv show and use those language to speak in the school and daily conversation with parents and friends, it's so sad.. and I Found out some people speak english- Lao-thai together. because some thing they don't know whats the lao name?

The only slang word I know and like to perform it as often as I can is... "Yoke"!!!

yoke!! yoke!!...   yoke can be translate it many ways.. like yoke beerlao, yoke kang, yoke khabiggrin.. that's what I like to do most.. hahahhaha yoke kha poo sao der la biggrin

The words that you just list above they're are not even lao words. They're thai words from those teens that watch a lot of thai TV. Except #3 on your list that I can say is lao word. The reason why we don't have many new words or new slang because we don't even use our language that much that's why our language going down. Somethings that you don't use is tend to die out.

Hael is not hell bro. hua hael =chestnuts. it not na lok=hell. it's lao and thai word. kin hael which mean you're lame or square. I just to want to make it clear that's all. no hate and I just made a comment on this toppick too. all those word are from thai Tv axcept # 3 on the list is lao word. peace!

Slang words is for lame people that's why Lao people don't have alot of this in our language.
