I live in Canberra, the capital of Australia, after watching this video I still could not understand what was the problem of this issues, just have no idea what are those people why did they have the authority to close down the temple....you have to tell us more otherwise....??????? Did those people built the temple with their money????They acted very bossy. Because it does not make sense when a group of people just coming into the temple and acted as we have seen. I really don't understand what is all about?

Wow!!!!  I can't believe those 3 are on mission to shut that temple down.  In U.S., I've heard and seen alot of Wat scancel in various way but nothing like this.  It is all about the $$$$ and that's what divide people these days.  Very sad thing to see..

From what I've seen on the video.  I can draw this conclusion, those 3 are probably was once a board members to that temple and all the legal documents are probably on their names.  That's why they can legally walk into those building and have the locksmith to changes all the locks to buildings.

What a shame to our lao community... I think there's better way to solve the problem and avoid that kind of confrontation.  All those 3 are laotians and the lady in black never once speak a word of lao to all those people.

I don't know those three work for whom, but they may have some right to do that so.
Whatever the argument is, i hope there is the soft solution, especially we are all Lao.
More explanation needed for this video clip. They didnt mention the reason why the mission happened.

They did, you didn't the officers on the video?  I think the officer was there to keep peace and allow the locksmiths to changed the locks.  Since those 3 people probably the legal rights to do so.

I think it comes down to the $$$, the control of $$$$ and those 3 might got booted it out as committee.  It is sad that those 3 had to walk in the middle of praying session and tell the monks/mae ork they need to leave the building now.

Things have pros and cons, i heard she is from "Samakhom Song Seum Soom Son Laos" I am sure you all understand what is "Samakhom Song Seum...................". I believe there must be a story behind this.

What the hell the back T girl talked to the elder people or Buddhist monk, Nuns as she is another religious she is not a Buddhism, may be her parents make her change attitude, and change everything about Laos. She should go to the hell, and jail and why the board director of the temple did call to the police and kick them out the temple as you know temple is temple, we cant change to the hotel or whoever do that will go to hell soon. Sin, is the way u guy doing bad and the bad thing is like that girl enforce monks, nuns, to get out of the temple.

People in Australia have to protect the Laos temple and the people who live in that place is to be safe, and secure for all human live. If you cant do that why do hand on to the police to do so. I am sad and really sorry about that.

on the law side you might be right, but on the Buddhism side you don't.
all of us (buddhists) know pretty good, who are monks, sho is nuns. they are the missioners of good will helping people by any mean. if you are broke, you can go and get help from the temple. if you get depressed you can get help from the temple. some go to be monk or novice or nun for a week or two to get peace in mind when you are depressed or to respect your elders.
MONKS, NOVICES OR NUNS ARE PEOPLE WHO REFUSED THEIR OF HAVING THEIR OWN LIFE, THEY JUST WANT TO HELP PEAOPL. THEY DON'T OWN ANY PROPERTIES OR MONEY.  EVERYTHING THEY GET IS FROM THE COMMUNITIES.ALL TEMPLES ARE OWNED BY COMMUNITIES.

Are you saying these three ladies have legal rights to evict the non and Buddhist Monks? does that means they either the owners or co-owners of this temple since the temple is turn over toThai Buddhist Monks?. It breaks my heart to see Laotians treated one another so inhumanly . It's inexcusable what ever the problem was. This is why I love being Buddhist, the Lord Buddha never teaches any of his followers to miss treat any beings on this earth regardless of the differences in the individual's belief and religion .  This is very , very sad I'm extremely afraid of Christians with their aggressiveness. It only showed dark and unkind Christianity is if they only know that  Jesus went to India to learn about religon from our Lord Siddhartha Gautama  varified by a Russain religous historian researcher.

  everywhere in all over U.S.A doesn't matter big or even  tini  tiny small town it still has two lao temple . because some the board member still have not let go the greedy , i agree there are always 2 side stories .,  in 1992  one of laotian guy  work for paralegal in sacramento he ( trick ) the monk to sign some document , due to dispute between 2 side , what in that document it said the monk have to move out in 30 day, if the monk want to continue to stay have to go court appeal  @ the end the monk and follower have to looking other place for the monk,  and what happen to the paralegal guy , later he end up 20 year in prison un-relate  crime , because he travel to laos come back with the shirt soak with opium first time they let him go , second time boom 20 year in prison .  do not worries who ever do bad thing , the sin will come bite them not this life would be next life

I am here at Fort Worth,Texas U.S  I  have no idea  who is right or wrong but when I see the Wat looks great. If so call monk ( Head monk mostly) just depend on Wat to make
money for himself  or he has wrong relationshift with the girl  he should be kicked out right
away. If the lady in a black built wat for her own profit is shame on her and hell is looking for her.

What those 3 were doing can simply put as no respect for the lao religion.
What ever the issue is ? they could have waite for the pray to end then ask them to come out , for one they can save themselve from being negative labelled and they 'll definitely have some support.  I assume they did not think of the consequence which is too sad because all the trio are all lao.

Don't you worry. OZ has justice of law to protect all australian citizens. This matter is up in hight court and we will find out soon or later.
