No need to worry, rain will wash away the brown color dirt.

I could see why this road is covered with dust , because it doesn't  have grass in both sides of the road. There should be more grasses , trees , and flowers in Laos to minimize dusty roads and dusty houses.

Simple answer!!!  The dust was brought on to the road by vehicles from all interior streets.  Majority of streets leading to the main road aren't pave, therefore you will see the main roads fill with dirt/dust.  It is on going problem unless all the roads are pave.

the gentleman who posted his topic was inspired to use a metaphor to
describe the empty roads ["road cover with dust"] leading to and from the great stadium. confuse

please be patient.
traffic will arrive soon, nearing the games opening.

and upon my arrival to VTE, i too will add one more footprint to the road space.confuse
