I prefer it deep fried til it is very crispy. It is good with some beerlao.

It's low fat but high protien. Healthy Lao food. Kid Hod Pohn Ji Loh Lai Deh....

No!! This is not a fighting crikets as you think, This is a ''jee lor'' or jee-nai as vientiane people called it.and it'not a takkatean=glasshoper either.jeelor it' a little bit bigger than cricket. as for crickets we used them as fighter.
