all of above, But one it come to Lao official or local law enforement they don't give a **** about these protected Animals, if they want to eat these wildanimals they just go and hunt for it.

Most of the above have stiff fines, tiger, elephant, wild buffalo, you will probably go to jail. Deer and civet also allowed informaly, and bamboo rat, never heard of a problem except to sell.
