I am living in abroad but i am not consider myself to be Lao-nork nor Lao-nai, I AM JUST LAOTIAN.

If you are holding of Lao passport then you are 100% Lao Nai. Unless you change your nationality to be American or Australia

Lao Nork mean you are migrate as a refugee to live somewhere not in Lao since the war. Lao nork has left only the "ROOT" of Lao blood but they are not Lao at all. I hear they saying that Lao toilet and street is so dirty eventhough is true but they should accept that is real Lao that they need to accept it but they don't.

for my understanding of nationality, i think, that you can't change your nationality. It doesn't matter where do you live, you still are laotiane, but you can change your citizenship or earn one. you can't be american, a only american citizen.
