To help those Laotians I would build a huge mansion in a huge plot of land. I wold have one in Luang Prabang, Vientiane, and Somewhere in the south.

I would staff all my mansion with Laotians workers like gardeners, drivers, cooks, and maids.

What would i do with $1b? The question seem like a bong!! But i'll take you on it ok, Suppose i have $1b. I'll reform our public-education. by invest much of my monies on build school. every provinces should have kindergarten all the way up to high school and free for all.and i would set it mandatory, all the children are require in most province attend school from age six or seven. generally, Kindergarten or first grade.untill they turn eighteen, in general term bringing them through twelthgrdae.the end of high school. and change some of the education law that they already have had. by allow student to leave school at sixteen or seventeen if they pass the standard test. Also allow a children enroll in parochial or nonsectarian private school, Build a modern facility for a person who want to be a teacher. teach them with 21' century education system, equip them with high-tech,and give them the tool they need. set-up all higher standard institution and require all institutions egual to international level when they graduate, so they can persuade a higher education in any country, wao, you see that now. that 's more than 3 million jobs i created. that about 5million Bro.

I would buy steel an metal from China an Japan an start a gear factory in Luangprabang Vientiane and Savannakhet. Have some trained Engineering teach others to, build whatever gears United States want, from Military product to home use and even Vehicles. Sell it to the United States and see how it goes from there. But the factory will only hired people who is not part of the Kasuang Communist party. They'll only hired train average educated people who is willing to make money an learn................

i will build chicken,fish, pig, buffalo farms and all kind of vegi products, included rice manufacturers companies.
when building all of these departments, i will train lao ppl (within the company)to use all tools needed, all company's policies and disciplines as the western companies do.
reducing holiday to minimum and reform Labor, tax and immigration law and rules.
my rule is no smoking when you are on the clock, no drinking when next day you will be at work.
my rule is no 2 chance period.

To make sure that all lao peoples have many Job in our own country and I will build many food factory Company I.E.......Dry food Co.,Fish sauce Co. Frozen Shimp Farm....All Kind of Food Packs & can Co. All the Rice Export Co. and all the instant dry Noodle Co. I will do any thing for Lao peoples so they Don't have to buy of this product from THAILAND any more and also let all of LAO NOK can use all of this produck ALL MADE FROM LAOS biggrin

This is not my dream OK Some day i will do it!!

If i could , i would do the farm growing rice, raise cows ,fishes stocking ponds , making goods that we can export to the country that have more Laotian so they can support us by buying Lao product.
