What's exact stragy of new building 450th road ?

I think it should be a place of skycraper and central bussiness complex for SouthEast Asian trade from all corner of Laos Neighbors. And Laos is right in the middle of all her rich neighbor and should establish a bussiness center there.

1st, this road is important by itself. Thanks to this road, many truck that go north (rd 13) from Thailand (or opposite north to Thailand) will not have to croos center vientiane city any more. Vientiane streets become to be overcrowded, there are many trafic jam at rush hours. So it's really neceesary to put the big truck just crossing the city away.

2nd, Vientiane develop and need to extend. The place along this road, as Dongphosy/Thanaleng vilages are natural places to extend the country: lot of land is avalaible here (forest), the place is close Vientiane city, well deserved (road and the new train station), and close to Thailand. This place is the link between Vientiane and Nong Kai. in the future, Vientiane + Nonk Kai will certainly become a single urban area.

true that nongkhai is laos to the fullest i know someda nongkai will be apart of lao again its just a time bomb waiting to happen.

Yes in the dream, or au contraire (like the french say) The way we operate in the past and now I prefer believe the other way. Laos may become part of NonKhai. I am sure that we should guess about the intention of Laos now. It is like all countries in the world expension, expension and expension and also whatever the stragy it is better doing something than doing nothing.

hey guy! no need to talk politics...

when i was talking about a single urban area, i was not talking about administration, politics, coutries and so on...
I just mean the whole area between the current vientiane and Nonk Kai will be urbanised, built... so we will get a single urban sapce with no countryside between them.... but Nonk Kai can remain thai and Vientiane Lao... no problem...

I know about history.. but we have to look in froit of us.... the future. The best solution for everyone if you want peace and good relashionship with others (in most of the case), is accept the current borders, make them as stable as possible, whatever the past. Or you'll constantly genaraite anger, hate and wars...

Hey Brother, Paris-Vientiane. After read your comment here i'm kindda confused when you said'' hey guy! no need to talk politic..'' especially when you tried to bring these two big cities merge together and make it one big urbanised and no countries between them.So how would you do it without any politics or politicians invole?? This is two separated countries. and of coures i completely understand what you trying to say. Can you be more specific about an issue????
