After i was listening the reporter twice, i still not quite sure if she said '' Thai''or Laos, she seem to said it Thai. i don't know, Maybe i wasn't understand her accent. Because the reporter has a Brttish accent.

Reporter is chinese speaking english, can not hear president talking.

Yes!! Brother,Sis, you absolutely right. the reporter is chinese and she is speaking an english. But what i'm trying to said is '' when the reporter said the corperated between the two countries,'' Chinese and thai''. not chinese and laos. maybe i missing something here. Can anyone of you guys go back and listen to what the chinese reporter said ..
