Well, either we're lao-poor or we're poor-lao really has nothing to do with going to Hongkong without a visa. the matter is when our govt will sign a treaty with Hongkong govt , just like they did with surrouding neighbors a few years ago. i think you need to write or send your email to tourist department and ask them about it. alright, take care.
