I wouldn't drive in Lao from city to city without a truck. I've seen pot holes and holes in bridges.

there's a lots of Roads in Vientian are way better than in some small cities in the U.S. hope you aware of that. and give some creadit to your Birthplace.

I wouldn't say a third one is luxury car
just a Toyota Celica dressed up,no idea second one but first one
is Alfa romeo spider however they all sport cars
But I've seen many real luxury cars in Vientiane such as
Lamborghini, Ferrari,Hummer,McLaren Mercedes....
