Polish vodka wins China, Laos and Cambodia

2009-11-09

Market research firm Euromonitor International says Asia is the most dynamic region globally in volume for spirits, with expected annual growth of 14% in China only. Polish vodka “Wyborowa” is the second most popular brand in China, “Rzeczpospolita” daily reports.

Polish vodka producers intend to enter the Chinese market. Central European Distribution Corporation, one of Poland’s major vodka producers and distributors, the owner of famous Polish brands "Żubrówka" and "Absolwent" plans to introduce their spirits to China. The sale of “Absolwnet” vodka has doubled over the last year also in Japan. “Zubrówka” is sold in Laos and Cambodia since this summer.

Polish beer producers are not equally successful in this region. Although beer consumption is growing in Asia Pacific and SABMiller brewery has increased sales by 12%, “Rzeczpospolita” notes.

Many brands of alcohol had tried to penetrate lao market, but never succeed.  As far as hard liquor go, Johnny Walker is the champs in Laos for many years.  And for the beer, of course beerlao is the king of beer in Laos.

Watches are a beautiful thing. Certainly, they tell us the time - but aren't they so much more than that? replicas watches Through their watches, a person can express so much, and in a way it could be said:replicas watches Show me your watch and I'll tell you who you are.
