Yes, they do have it at the Suvannabhumi Airport but if you would like to buy it directly from the airline office. This is the most stupid idea as you will get the full airfare ticket payment which is quite expensive. But if you go out to the city and buy it from any travel agents you may get more cheaper and they always got promotion and discount. Travel agents sale cheapper ticket then at these airline office.

Some travel agent has delivery service. You just wait for them at your home or at the airport and they will delivery through messanger directly to you within an hour (depending on which location) for free of charge

I purchased mine when I got to the Suvarnabhumi International Airport last year, and only paid about $100 for the Lao airline to VTE. It's more expensive if you buy it online especially if you were to book it from the US, could be up to $300-400 and it's best to buy it at the airport.

They have agents walking around, I didn't trust them and told them that I would paid when I checked in because it was an e-ticket, and he walked me to the check in counter for boarding, and after everything was done, then I gave him the money in Baht currency. There are lots of scamer out there, so you just have to be careful.

Travel Agent walking around? There is no any travel agent walking around (eccept transfer man to pick up their guests from arrival flight. Yeah..I knew what you mean about illegal people who walking around to take money from your pocket but I heard from news that now the airport is very strict and keep the eyes on. Travel Agency mostly have in the city. I don't think they can pay for the rental in the airport (excepted the big international travel company but you can not use that service). You can easy find those licence travel agents along Sukhumvit road, Silom road or even in some of the BTS skytrain stations

But if you feel lazy to do that then you just buy it directly from Lao airline office at the airport but you must know what is opening and closing time too.

I got there at midnight (plane landed), and all agent booths were closed, some agent report to work early looking for clients, they've their booth on the top floor, but booths were not open yet, there are also free agents that report to the booth when it open, and I think it opened after 5 AM, or something like that. There are many booths on the top floor in the Airport that you can buy plane tickets, if you have been there, you'd know what I'm talking about.

I guess you call it the Lao airline office, but it's actually booths set up to sell tickets, and they've free agents that can sell for any airline, these free agents can't afford to pay for the booth, so work off from a different ones and usually stay there all night. Also, never leave your luggage unattended, someone will walk off with it.
