Yeah you are rite, i am quite dissapointed that i cant watch the seagames through Laos Channel on Internet. that is the one of the reasons limiting some of Laotian to watch other countries TV, because it is easily accessable. I understand they have to do some thing with business, but the benefit for Laos as whole will outweigh their business benefit if they open as free. not pay
