Yes, Freedom of Speech, But It's come with Responsible. Just don't abuse '' the First constittution Right'' by accused some one doing it not truth.

Freedom of expression is human rights of all.

But understanding and using it correctly, so long you do not violate the rights of other people, you enjoy your rights fully. Therefore, it is not allowed to insult other poeple when express your say publicly, it is a criminal act and you can be and will be prosecuted for that.

It is not very funny to hear uneducated words, words which civilized people avoid to use it.

This and the next Sea games are aimed at in creating friendships, peace and harmony among asean and other countries in the region and in the world toward establishing great asean family.

Please contribute to this to achive this aim which our parents have set.

before go in to someone's home, you have to check the owner's rule,
and respect on it.
its impolite to ask does the owner right or wrong to do such the thing in his own home, you are come in his home and using it, and now starting to complain,

I totally agree with you. If the f n freedom making others uncomfortable and hurt their feeling, then just shut up. This website is samakom "LAO" to share and raising issues for constructive purposes.

I agree with Samakomlao deleting the posts if the writing is to incite hatred against others because of their culture, ethnicity or background.

But why does he censor discussions about Lao politics, politicians or some historical discussions. If he's residing in Lao then I can understand that as he has to tread carefully.

many people comment here about politic especially it is called lao nok but now laonok is being lao baannok and they always think that they are civilited more than lao nai but in fact lao nok is stupid more than laonai when they go to laos they do like they are rich but in reality they are poor more than lao nai they want to visit laos but they did not eneugh money but they borrow money and go to pay in laos like richman but in the en they owed a lot have to work hard in order to repay for that money and lao nok who is in the darkness they do nothing except playing card and go to caceno and everything must be owed or pay down ;many people want to go laos but they have no money for old and poor men of laonok who is hard head did bad for they country in the past they joint with empire american they are going to hell now .
