thanks webmaster, these topics have gotten out of hand. The sad thing is that the guy posting alot of these hateful comments has been banned repestedly from other lao forum as well. He jusy can't take a hint that he is not welcomed. I wonder if there is a way to ban proxy IP addresses, that would help with this problem alot.

Then you should ban all IPs from Thailand because ISPs in Thailand use random IP otherwise it not gonna works.7

Eventhough I said I agree with you. However, I'm still not sure about this statement "I want to make a confirm that this is a communist website, and if you don't like communist, please stay away from this web." as it does not convey a conciliatory tone to all "Lao'.

I agree with your new rules 100%. However, I have one request for you:

Can you also ban any posters who used impolite and offensive words as their USER NAMES, for example: Someone has a user name like “Mo****F*****. This word is very rude and offensive and it should not be used.

I would like to add another rule for (Samakomlao) Website owner. I would like to see you be a Neutral as much as you can, I sometime found you made an arguements with a members and non members here. and of course I know you have very right to do it. Because you're the owner of the Website. But Please be a neutral. Don't get me wrong ok, so far you did an excellent job. also, I enjoyed coming in here to discuss and debate an issues about our country.
